Type a character, one or more components (𘢌𘠁 or 𘢌 𘠁: all of them, in any positions), a shape
(B2), a dictionary number (L2008-1209, 1209) or a code point
(U+17CB6). Paste a Tangut text to list its characters in order.
Unicode's radical-stroke index: 1. finds the characters under radical 1 (𘠀),
1.6 those under it with 6 more strokes.
Enter opens the first result; ↓ goes into the results, where the arrow keys move and Enter opens.
⌨ beside the search box shows the components: click one to add it to the search box. The ⌨ beside
the name of a grid adds them to the cell of the grid clicked last. Those in the most characters found come first, unless the box under them is
unticked; those in none are dimmed. A tooltip counts them.
A tooltip on a result gives its number, shape and what matched. ≈ marks a match by a look-alike
component (the first box over the results), listed after the exact ones. The characters found only by an alternative decomposition,
or with a component inside a larger one (the second box), follow under headings of their own.
Click a shape to list its characters, then put components into its grid to find them in these
positions. Text in the search box narrows the grid's search down. A cell left empty takes any component:
for a damaged character, fill only the cells that can be read.
Click a character to see its parts, numbers, decompositions and the details of its components; click a
Tangut character or component of it to copy it. Look up opens it in other online tools.
The characters opened are listed at the top: click one to open it again, Copy copies them as
text, Clear starts a new list. ← → (Ctrl+← Ctrl+→) and the browser's Back and Forward go
through them. The address keeps the open character and the search, as in
#U+17CB6 at its end.
